Just a little note to say a big thank you for making the Gold expedition this week possible: I know how much work goes into the organisation and smooth running of these fantastic experiences. Please pass my thanks on to your team.  My daughter thinks you’re great and talks about you with great respect, I know she has learnt a tremendous amount from you and the experience.

We are really grateful that our daughter had the opportunity to participate in the expedition and experience the wilds of Mid-Wales. The memories they have made will last forever.

My daughter was very tired on Friday morning, so come Sunday, I had braced myself for picking up a dishevelled and even-more-tired daughter. You had clearly worked your magic as she came out smiling and full of what they had been doing over the weekend. Yes she was tired, but in a happy and healthy way!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for checking in and reassuring my son on the practise expedition last week. Your support made a huge difference to his mindset and he was able to overcome his anxieties and (mostly!) enjoy it.

I just wanted to personally thank everyone on the team as you guys were genuinely amazing and I'm really looking forward to meeting back up with you for the real expedition. A massive thanks to our instructor who was there to support our weaker members when times got tough, we honestly can't wait to see you guys again

The highlight of my role last year (apart from seeing the students challenge and enjoy themselves) was the EW team. You support young people to learn and achieve with professionalism and good humour - no mean feat..

As we normally run our own expeditions in house we have high standards we wish to maintain. This they did to a very high standard. Even though we had a large cohort they took our requirements in their stride and put together an excellent and well thought out expedition. We were so satisfied we have booked again for the coming year.

Thank you for all the trouble you went through to make our trip amazing! I had some feedback from parents and they are very impressed by the level of organisation the fact that their children felt safe and pushed themselves to the limit 🙂 I had a few comments about how much the students had learnt about themselves. I was really impressed by the level of professionalism and experience of your team.

I completed my Gold D of E expedition with Expeditions Wales and had a fantastic time! I had a great leader and learnt so many new skills. I enjoyed my practice expedition with Expeditions Wales so much that I went back for my assessment. I would recommend Expeditions Wales to anyone.

I would recommend Expedition Wales to anyone, and if you have people uncertain about doing an open expedition on their own, please tell them they DEFINITELY should. I've had a brilliant time this summer, taking away some wonderful memories and making some great friends.
